STUDIO POLICIES

  • It is a legal requirement to be 18 or over in order to get a tattoo. Please make sure that you have a valid form of photo ID when attending your appointment.
     

  • If proof of age cannot be provided on request, in the form of a passport or driving license, then you will be unable to get tattooed and your deposit will be lost.
     

  • Please note that deposits are required for all bookings. Deposits are non refundable.
     

  • The studio operates under a 72 hour cancellation policy.  At least 72 hours notice is required in order to move your booking. If this isn't given, your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. If you fail to show up to your appointment without contacting the studio, your deposit will be lost and full payment of the tattoo will be required to secure another appointment.
     

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment, or let the studio know if you are running late. A late arrival of 30 minutes or more may result in your appointment being cancelled due to time limitations.
     

  • We ask that you come to your appointment on your own as there is limited space in the tattoo room.
    If you would like someone to accompany you and wait with you before your appointment starts, please let us know. The studio has a reception area where friends/family can wait for you during your tattoo. There are also plenty of cafes and shops to explore whilst they are waiting!

     

  • We want everyone to feel as safe and comfortable as possible whilst getting tattooed in the studio, so if you have any specific requests or requirements please let us know before your appointment!
